- Shall be liable for costs, expenses and other losses incurred by the customer (guest travelling costs, etc.).
- A penalty of 100€ in case the booking is less than this amount of 15% of the total price of the booking.
- In case of recurrent cancellations, the space will be removed from the platform.
For its part, Spathios may, but is not obliged to, waive costs, expenses and other losses incurred by owner-initiated cancellations if the following circumstances occur:
- Spathios determines that the booking was accidentally accepted by an owner, provided that the owner cancels within 2 hours of acceptance.
- The guest provides false or misleading information and this affects the booking made.
- The guest uses, or intends to use, a space in a manner inconsistent with the space description, booking conditions or other limitations agreed between the guest and the owner.
- Inappropriate or illegal activity that takes place during an event.
- The guest and the owner decide to cancel the booking by mutual agreement.
- Any justified cancellation.
