At Spathios we know that every space is different and that a one-size-fits-all cancellation policy does not fit all booking circumstances. Therefore, we provide different options so that owners can choose, at the time of registration, the policy that best suits their space. Specifically, owners can choose from one of the following cancellation policies.
- Very flexible
- Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund, excluding processing fees. Cancellations sent less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Flexible
- Customers will receive a full refund, excluding processing costs, if they cancel their booking 7 days or more before the start time of the event. If they cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance they will receive a 50% refund, excluding processing costs. Cancellations sent less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Standard 30 days
- Customers will receive a full refund, excluding processing fees, if they cancel their booking 30 or more days prior to the event start time. If they cancel between 30 and 7 days prior to the event they will receive a 50% refund, excluding processing costs. Cancellations sent less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
- Standard 90 days
- Customers will receive a full refund, excluding processing fees, if they cancel their booking 90 days or more before the start time of the event. If they cancel between 90 and 14 days in advance they will receive a 50% refund, excluding processing costs. Cancellations sent less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
Please note that all bookings are subject to Spathios' grace period policy, which provides a full refund when cancellation occurs within 24 hours of receipt of booking confirmation and provided that the event is not less than 48 hours away.
