If you have had an incident with a booking, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the [Spathios] website(https://spathios.com/)
- Click on the Bookings section.
- Click on Booking Details.
- Click on Create issue.
- Fill in the requested fields.
- Click on Create issue.
Once the issue has been created, you can check its status in the Resolution Centre. To access the Resolution Centre, follow the same steps as above and click on Go to the Resolution Centre.
There you will be able to edit the amount claimed, as well as upload evidence such as photos, quotes or invoices that justify the payment of the amount claimed to cover the damages.
You also have an exclusive chat for the issue so that you can communicate with the client at all times. Once the client has paid for the damages, the agreed amount will be transferred to the same bank account and with the same procedure as the payment of a booking.
