When you create an issue, it will go through the following statuses and progressions:
- Open: The issue is open, pending acceptance or rejection by the customer.
- Closed: The issue is closed, it may have been accepted or rejected by the customer or host.
- Pending: Pending acceptance by the customer and therefore its status is Open.
- Accepted: Accepted by the client and therefore its status is Closed.
- Rejected: Rejected by the client or host and therefore its status is Closed.
