Once the host has received a request, he has 4 calendar days to confirm availability, if this period is exceeded the reservation will automatically time out. However, if within 2 calendar days of receiving the request, the host has not communicated with the guest through the booking chat, the booking will automatically expire.
Once availability has been confirmed, the guest will have to make the payment within a period of 7 calendar days. If the guest exceeds this deadline, the booking will automatically time out.
Only the guest will be able to reactivate the request. If the request is not reactivated and has timed out, the date will be automatically available in your calendar so that you can continue receiving bookings for that date.
